I find the animation a bit too long, though. I think you can stop after a minute (maybe the effects last accordingly).

I've exprienced the almost same effect after looking backwards from a mooving tram. When it stoped everything outside looked like it stil was mooving.

It didn't have a strong effect on me... I hardly noticed it becuase i've seen this several times (the effect) but it was pressented in a different way... If your sight and your mind are strong enough you can really resist it...
