actually, i am an environmental engineering student, water treatement etc is one of our main topics. where i live, fresh water will definitely not be scarce in the next 150 years. i could let the tap running all the time since the water will end up in the Danube anyway, used or not. it will not drain the reserves any faster. but look at this video: there is no actual scientific information or at least a proposal how to solve the claimed problems. it's just pathetic people (with no names, apparently) saying that

... there is global desertification (which is actually a regional problem, although present in many parts of the world but will not spread everywhere as claimed), that water will somehow disappear (it could be contaminated, but there will be not significantly less rain) and that private water cartell will dominate us all. this video is just a bunch of comletely random images that have a strong emotional impact (violece, dried up earth, poor people), dramatic music and statements that have actual deeper meaning at all ("if money is more important that water, where are we?") or are just wrong.
