I wonder if you could secede those islands from the US and make them all their own little countries. I'd buy Germany and take over the world...

great idea, not so future-proof though... global warming -> ice caps melt -> sea levels rise -> "the world" become atlantis!

I don't think viewers understand the significance of this. Off the coast of Dubai, UAE (middle east) they're building massive cities in the shape of the globe and three palm trees IN THE FREAKIN' OCEAN! If you don't believe me, use Google Earth to search Dubai, United Arab Emirates and look off the coast of Dubai or hit Wikipedia up for Palm Islands, Dubai, and also notice they're building the world's two tallest buildings Independantly and have an indoor ski mountain. THIS is where our oil money goes.

Five weight, you're so right, just bame back form Dubai....we had to do the internet installation for palm trees
Pat (guest) - June 30, 2006, 20:52
Very cool idea.. but what if a tsunami hit ... the world would be gone...? They also have a place that is shaped like a large palm tree.. probably the same company..
