Although I completely agree with Time Magazine's point, they featured it very poorly. Yes, the internet is changing the world, and yes, through the internet YOU can change the world. People without a budget and without very much experience did great things on the net, and there are a lot of people who deserve a reward for that.
But Time also made all the lame people person of the year. All those stupid spammers, people without anything to say, people whining about their life all day on youtube, all the blogwriters without readers...
In my opinion they should have left all the primates out and only nominate humans. Too bad humans won't read Time Magizine, cause they will buy something with real content.
