it's alright, but he uses simple techniques. you could do a much better job, and easier, with an airbrush. he uses simple gimicks and techniques that are easy to duplicate, this is honestly nothing special

The only flaw I could see was the star he added later in the process has it's east and west points in front of the planets, where they should covered by the planets.

TO EXPERT: for your info he's not . I have seen him live at the fair do quite a few different paintings. He is awesome and I've been trying to find him for the last 3 years.
