Big deal welcome to the south
Brody? (guest) - May 15, 2007, 21:24
Shut up! Man, I don't care if you've seen one, but when a train has a vanishing point that's something to be impressed with. It's saddening when people lose their sense of wonder and become hard to impress jerks.
Ry (guest) - May 16, 2007, 00:24
Standing in the middle will probably even have two vanishing points! Amazing that trains have that much towing power.
Brody - May 16, 2007, 01:49
Its a train not the moon landing. Take your head out of your ass, go outside you might see one WOW!!
Haris (guest) - May 16, 2007, 10:48
Yes, I must agree, it's quite amazing. Especially the towing power....immense.
Dantalion - May 16, 2007, 15:07
Almost can't believe any locomotive has that much power...
blindgaenger - May 16, 2007, 22:42
well, one probably doesn't. That's why there are 3 in the front and one in the back. Still, it must take ages to accelerate and brake
stone (guest) - May 18, 2007, 15:48
Think of how long it will take for that train to stop if they pulled full brakes. It's a lot of weight in motion.
vs (guest) - May 21, 2007, 07:14
it seems to be carrying my porn collection
OGrilla - May 23, 2007, 04:45
You're an ass, Brody. If this is the world's longest train, then it's something to be impressed by. You haven't seen anything like it. Yes, you've seen some long ones and so have I, but this thing is going upwards of 60 mph and it takes over two minutes to pass by. Do the math on that. If that doesn't impress you, then get YOUR head out of your ass.
beau (guest) - June 4, 2007, 15:39
Imagine the total weight of that train. -A deep Oil-well will have a comparable amount of weight in steel drill-string and mud in the hole when they are down 15,000 ft. -Big Stuff rules.
coal towner (guest) - June 6, 2007, 05:11
so what.. seen coal trains 100+ cars, each twica as long, 3 sets of 2 engines. takes 5-6 minuest to pass at 45
hokodo - June 6, 2007, 19:37
Where those hobos I saw?
Niedec (guest) - June 17, 2007, 01:43
I think we just found a way to keep bums off the street. Just tow 'em around on this thing. If I were poor, I'd definitely enjoy it.
sam (guest) - October 15, 2007, 11:43
