I am sure a lot of people will still not understand, especially americans. Half of americans cant understand irony.

of course it is irony. and it is actually an intelligent summarization of what is wrong with a bill that was proposed and caused controversy in Germany.

This is one of the first times I have seen a professional video that makes a point by showing how crazy the alternative sounds. it is really well done.
