very interesting. however its conclusion was not that lucid to an average reader like myself. i got many ideas that the tools that the author used in this presentation was extraordinaire to me and these were effective in making me follow thru with the presentation theme. However, it seems that the author was not successful in making me think that future oriented thinking is the way.
