if there had been a hole in the end of the baloon large enough to let that volume of air out that quickly, the baloon would not have been able to maintain that shape as she was pushing it in.

sorry to ruin the trick but, notice she holds the end until she begins inserting it. the nub on the end has a hole. as she appears to be swallowing it; she is simply letting the air out in a controlled fashon, as shown by the nub vibrating back and forth like something in strong wind.
